UX/UI Designer

We are immediately looking for a UX/UI Designer for our office in Tirana to support the team of Application Development as well as Geoinformation Systems and Business Intelligence.  This is a position with a 40h week. Your area of responsibility:

  • Working in agile project development teams and performing user analyses and user tests
  • Understanding of or experience in the process UCD (user centered design)
  • Experience in setting up and working with design systems (atomic design)
  • Development of user interfaces for web applications
  • Development and implementation of concepts in terms of user guidance, interaction behavior, and visual design
  • Understanding of users and requirements and their implementation in technically feasible UI designs

What you bring with you:

  • A degree in design or comparable training
  • At least three years of professional experience in an agile product development team
  • Routine handling of the Adobe CC programs, Sketch, Figma, InVision
  • Creativity, design strength and experience in design development of digital projects
  • Social competence, team spirit and communication skills
  • Structured as well as responsible way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English (German is a plus)
